The Sky's the Limit: Celebrating the Spectacular Career of Alexxis Falcon

By Matty Hawkins • June 28, 2025

From PROGRESS Wrestling gold to backstage brilliance, Alexxis Falcon’s career has been a soaring journey of resilience, reinvention, and pure wrestling passion.

The Origin of a Star

Falcon’s story begins in Hull, England. Born on July 18, 1997, she grew up with a fierce competitive spirit. When she made her wrestling debut in 2017, the UK scene was already surging with fresh energy—but few newcomers showed the immediate charisma and athletic sharpness that Falcon brought to the table.

Trained under Sam Bailey, she quickly found her footing. Her arsenal grew rapidly: the devastating “Falcon’s Fury,” the picture-perfect “Sleeping Beauty” splits kick, and the crowd-popping “Moonlight Driver.” These weren’t just moves—they were signatures of someone destined for greatness.

She began rising through the ranks at TNT Extreme Wrestling, FutureShock, and Wrestle Carnival, but soon—eyes turned to PROGRESS Wrestling.

The PROGRESS Years: A Home of Growth

Falcon made her PROGRESS debut in 2021, appearing in 16 matches that year alone. It wasn’t filler work—it was foundational. She was a pillar being built before our eyes.

2022 brought new spotlight. In 2023, she elevated herself even further.

Her feud with Nina Samuels culminated in one of the most intense matches of the year at Super Strong Style 16: the “Clock Strikes Midnight” match. It was brutal. It was poetic. And it ended with Falcon’s arm raised high—a career-defining moment that echoed through the UK wrestling scene.

Tag Team Gold: Enter the Cheeky Little Buggers

In 2024, Falcon teamed up with the wildly theatrical Charles Crowley. Together, they became “The Cheeky Little Buggers”—a duo equal parts chaos and charisma.

Their chemistry lit up every card they appeared on. At Chapter 165 “Diamond Dust,” they captured the PROGRESS Tag Team Championships, marking Falcon as one of the few women to ever hold those titles.

Though they lost the belts at Chapter 166, their run was a milestone—and it challenged expectations around intergender wrestling in the UK.

Injury, Recovery & a Backstage Evolution

Mid-2024 hit hard—an injury sidelined Falcon. But instead of retreating, she evolved.

PROGRESS offered her a role as producer. She stepped backstage with the same intensity she brings to the ring—helping map out matches, coach talent, and shape storylines.

As Falcon has said herself, it was an eye-opening experience. It proved she’s more than a performer—she’s a visionary.

She returned in December 2024 at PROGRESS Unboxing: creatively energized and physically renewed.

The People’s Falcon: Her Relationship with Fans

What makes Alexxis Falcon truly special? Her bond with the fans.

She isn’t just admired—she’s adored. Whether she’s greeting fans post-show or thanking them online, there’s a sincerity that defines her.

Her matches are electric. Her promos? Raw and real. And when she’s in the ring, the energy is collective. She doesn’t just perform for the fans—she performs with them.

Looking Forward: What’s Next?

So what does the future hold?

A return to the PROGRESS Women’s Title picture seems inevitable. Maybe even a run in AEW, TNA, or NXT’s global reboot. Wherever she goes, Falcon has the tools—ring mastery, fan support, and backstage insight.

Don’t rule out another tag run. Or a mentorship role. Or both.

One thing’s for sure: her story is far from over.

Legacy in the Making

PWI ranked her #111 in 2022, and #182 in 2023. But rankings don’t capture what Alexxis Falcon represents.

She’s not just one of the best in Britain—she’s one of the most beloved. Her legacy isn’t numbers. It’s heart. It’s connection. It’s the magic she brings every time she walks through the curtain.

Final Thoughts: A Star Still Soaring

From Hull to headliner, Alexxis Falcon has become a beacon of what women’s wrestling in the UK can be: fierce, creative, resilient.

She’s wrestled iconic matches. Held championship gold. Built stories. Helped others shine. And she’s not done.

Watching Alexxis Falcon isn’t just watching wrestling.

It’s watching magic in motion.

And she’s only just getting started.
